Greetings Discover,

This is regarding the $30 charge (charged to Discover Card 4485) from WEBUYBLACK.COM, charged August 18, 2018 (for which I already called in and opened a dispute September 5).

I wish to cancel this charge because I contacted WEBUYBLACK (WBB) in February and informed their rep, Mu'minah Q, that I DID NOT want my account automatically renewed.

The screen print below shows this and shows where Mu'minah stated there would be a "Subscription Plan and status page" where I could cancel. I also asked Mu'minah to email me that link when the page became available--as you can see. From the screen print, you can see that WBB was still in development, and, at that time, there was no way to manage account renewals, so I couldn't schedule the cancellation.

They updated their site, but, apparently, there isn't, nor ever was, a "Subscription Plan and status page." Nor did Mu'minah send me a link to it.

The screen prints at bottom show the pages available in my logged-in WBB account. They show no link to a "Subscription Plan and status page" nor to any other page where account renewals can be managed.

Because of this, and because it's been less than 30 days since my card was charged, I request a refund of my $30. I've informed WBB of my cancellation request.

Also, I request that any attempt by WBB to charge my card in the future be blocked.
