When finished, complete and **submit this FORM to order--**after reading and agreeing to the AGREEMENT first. Later, you'll receive a quote stating your exact cost (product cost + shipping + taxes). If you accept the quote and confirm the order, you'll either have the option of either paying the full shipping cost to have your order shipped immediately to the pickup entity (the entity you support) or of waiting until orders from other customers accumulate and can be packed, along with yours, into a singular package (or into as few packages as necessary) and then shipped to said pickup entity, saving customers on shipping cost because each pays only in proportion to his/her order's weight ratio. When your order arrives at the entity, you'll be notified and can go there to accept or reject the order. If accepted, you then pay total amount owed: product cost + shipping + taxes--and the sale is FINAL. If rejected for any reason other than incorrect/defective/damaged status, you'll receive a strike against your account, whereby too many strikes will result in loss of privileges, expulsion, or in conditions applied to your future purchases--such as being required to pay ahead of time.
