Will serve as the official national face of B.A.D. In charge of supervising the overall operations and direction of the Planning Commission. Removable upon popular vote of the B.A.D. membership. Will also supervise global expansion.

Will be in charge of receiving and assessing plans from the Black populace designed to improve Black conditions and will use that data to compose/update the Plan for Black Advancement and to implement it as much as possible regarding available resources The main purpose of all planning will be to make the Black populace as independent and systematically sound as possible civilly, politically, as well as industrially. The Plan will also include a section dealing with reparations for slavery/racism.

Will ensure that all funds coming into the FBA are dispersed into the most secure investments granting the most return-interest at the safest level. Under authority of the President, will allot interest-generated funding to the Strategic Planning department allowing the department to implement phases of the Plan for Black Advancement.

Will be in charge of aiding all Local Organizers regarding the info, personnel, and resources they need to conduct B.A.D. events/gatherings. Will recruit new Local Organizers to expand the B.A.D celebrations.

Will be national representative for fundraising for the Black Collective Fund and of B.A.D. promotions, including acquiring sponsorship advertising, supervising the design/production/marketing of B.A.D. gear, the B.A.D. commemorative magazine (maybe "B.A.D. WORDS"), and the book, "B.A.D. Black History for Children." Will work to ensure all required percentages from all sales, and that 100% of all donations received, are contributed to the Black Collective Fund.

Self-explanatory. Will ensure the B.A.D. Web/App presence keeps pace with existing goals and any needed capabilities.

Will be in charge of all aspects of organizing and conducting B.A.D. events/gatherings in his/her locality as regulated by the B.A.D. Planning Commission. Must ensure that merchant-space fees, and fees charged for attending applicable events, meet Headquarter guidelines and that all commissions owed to the Black Collective Fund are contributed on time and as accurately as possible.

Seeking Black entrepreneurs/investors interested in applying their capital and/or skills. Your capital/skills will be used to formally establish B.A.D. as an official organization (whether profit or nonprofit), provide an interactive Web/App, develop the capabilities of, and expand the global reach of, the B.A.D. project. You will be compensated via percentages of higher-level membership fees, sponsorship advertisements, profits from sales of B.A.D. products/services, public exposure for yourself and your efforts on the B.A.D. media, and via the grand satisfaction of being one of the crucial elements helping to WAKE YOUR PEOPLE UP!
